• The selected restaurant has all the necessary characteristics to be considered a genuine experience. The customer will have the final decision when it comes to consuming the desired menu. We limit ourselves to mentioning the specialty for which it is recognized in the market. It will always be direct payment.

❖Modifications due to closures or schedule changes: TGTE is not responsible for changes in the itinerary caused by the closure of facilities, modifications of schedules or adjustments in the operation of the places visited due to seasons or special events. ❖ Late arrival to activities: It is the client's responsibility to show up punctually to the scheduled activities. In case of delay, the activity will be considered cancelled without the right to a refund.
❖Official schedules and changes outside of hours: The activities will take place according to the established official schedules. If the client wishes to make changes or schedule activities outside of official hours, this may be done at an additional charge, subject to availability. It is recommended to consult beforehand to manage the necessary adjustments.
❖Confirmation voucher: Once the booking is reconfirmed, TGTE will provide the final itinerary along with the confirmation of all the services included in the trip. Throughout the route, the customer must have in paper or digital format the confirmation of all the services provided by TGTE to present in the establishments.
